Reservation and cancellation policies

Please read carefully before booking.

CAMPSITES

Arrival time: 2:00 PM | Departure time: 1:00 PM

  • During a reservation, a non-refundable deposit of $60 is required. This reservation deposit is non-refundable at any time. More than 14 days before the arrival date, it is possible to transfer the stay to other dates within the same year at no cost;

  • The total amount of the stay will be automatically charged to the credit card 14 days before the arrival date. No refund is possible for cancellations less than 14 days before the arrival date;

  • It is important to respect the arrival and departure times to allow our staff to maintain the sites. Fees will be charged for early arrivals and late departures;

  • A minimum stay of two nights is required. (3 nights during long weekends: Quebec National Holiday, Canada Day, Labor Day, and Patriots' Day);

  • The rental price of a campsite is valid at no extra charge for a group of campers including 2 adults and their children under 21 years old;

  • Please note that before June 23rd and after August 20th, the pool may not be open. Throughout the summer, pool hours are subject to change without notice;

  • Campground showers are free;

  • For reservations of one month or more, a deposit of 50% of the total amount is required and it is non-refundable. It is transferable if the client calls more than 14 days before the arrival date;

  • Dogs are accepted at a rate of $3.85/day in 2024;

READY-TO-CAMP

Arrival time: 4:00 PM | Departure time: 11:00 AM

  • During a reservation, a non-refundable deposit of $120 is required for tents and micro-cabins, $200 for trailers, and $250 for Coolbox/chalets. This reservation deposit is non-refundable at any time. More than 14 days before the arrival date, it is possible to transfer the stay to other dates within the same year at no cost;

  • The total amount of the stay will be automatically charged to the credit card 14 days before the arrival date. No refund is possible for cancellations less than 14 days before the arrival date;

  • The rental price of a ready-to-camp unit is valid at no extra charge for a group of campers including 2 adults and their children under 21 years old, or for a group of four adults. Additional fees will be charged for any additional persons.

  • A minimum stay of two nights is required for trailers and ready-to-camp tents. (3 nights during long weekends: Quebec National Holiday, Canada Day, Labor Day, and Patriots' Day);

  • A security deposit of $375.00 is required upon arrival on your credit card, in the form of a pre-authorization. Following the inspection of the premises (breakages, losses, or extra cleaning), the unused pre-authorization will be automatically canceled by your bank. The usual delay is about ten business days;

  • It is important to respect the arrival and departure times to allow our staff to do maintenance and cleaning. Fees will be charged for early arrivals and late departures;

  • All ready-to-camp units, including the chalet, are non-smoking (this rule also applies to cannabis);

  • Dogs are only allowed in Coolbox #4, #5, #7, and #8, all of our micro-cabins, and trailers #1, #2, #6, #8, #12#,13, and #14. The fees are $26.50/day for one dog, $42/day for two dogs. Maximum of two dogs. The required security deposit is then higher, at $500.00 rather than the $375.00 mentioned above;

  • Maximum 2 dogs per accommodation if under 60 pounds, maximum 1 dog if over 60 pounds;

  • Anyone violating any of the above regulations will be charged a fee of $200;

  • Please note that before June 22nd and after August 19th, the pool may not be open. Throughout the summer, pool hours are subject to change without notice;

  • Campground showers are free;
